The Mirror Package uses automatically dimming mirrors and electrically folding outside mirrors to increase the driving comfort and driving safety. When driving in the dark, the automatic dimming function in the exterior mirror on the driver's side and interior rear-view mirror reduces the chances of the driver being dazzled by following traffic. The electrical folding in of the exterior mirror protects against damage when the vehicle is parked, for example, in narrow parking spaces.
